Comments:
What draws me to a blog? Well I like a diversity of topics and a rounded point of view and a writer who is willing to express his opinion but at the same time will listen to others. I dislike racist and "beat mi down blogs". I don't mind a swear here or there but a wall of profanity and sex kind of puts me off. I like frankness in discussion but an open mind to other opinions. I hate the one word post that you have to try to figure out what's going on.

What about blogging do I like? Well I enjoy the interaction and hearing other persons' views. I like the idea that I can chat off mi head and the most that can happen is that the reader can disagree with me.

What topics? I like a diversity in topics. I like to know that I can touch on a little of everything. I find it hard to keep visiting a blog that is all about food or all about exercise or all about sports or all about sex or..... You get the idea. I like culture discussions and I like human interests I like to learn about you. I tend to be wary of politics and religion although I do chat on them from time to time.

wha kinda post this is at all doah? :-)

What do I like about blogging? I like writing , unfortunately or perhaps fortunately I discovered that too late in my academic career so I take this as my shot to write and hopefully get better at it.
What draws me to a blog? The way the writer expresses themself, the ideas they use, whether it makes me think about my own views or be nostalgic about something. that sort of thing

What blog topics do I find interesting? Personal takes on current events and putting it in context (not just regurgitating the news story), stuff about the caribbean, stuff about music, stuff about experiences. a whole heap a tings

Ah like seein' different personalities comin' out on a Blog. Generic templates, generic fonts, yet entirely UNIQUE personalities. That's de great part. Ah like de mix of culture an' quirkiness that comes up, and a genuinely nice person often shows through.
When ah feel a good vibes or ah see some great writin' skills, ah visit a Blog over and over--even if it's not updated, I'll go just to read de old posts.
I'm still a relative newcomer to this, Kami, and I'm pretty eclectic in general, so mi answer is vague, but I'd have to say a down-to-earth mix ov well-written stuff. Yu know, de story might grab your interest but it's de storyteller that keeps it!

I like the way people express themselves and situations. Some make you laugh and others make you think.
I like bloggers that that a keen sense of humor and those who can converse about a particular subject.
Blogging gives me a open venue to express my adventures or misadventures of living in South America.

A friend told me that blogging only attractive because it is like reading some one diary.Only thing is you don't have to feel guilty

1. I like having an avenue where I can say almost anything I want.

2. If I see that it's a favorite of someone whose blog I frequent. . .I check it out.

3. I love any topic that is thought-provoking while maintaining a sense of humor

I've always written, but more personal stuff - in journal etc. No short stories or poems, so when Ryan suggested this to me, there was no hesitation. Also I am quite open about myself and my ideas so I didnt have a difficulty bringing other people into my world

And I think that's what blogging does. It brings people into your world. They can see how you spend your time, how your think etc. Why would strangers want to see this? Well cause they have internet init!!!

The subject matter is what draws me to a particular blog. And of course if I've met the person, or know who the person is, I kinda feel obligated to visit.....

Different blog topics are interesting. of course, anything to do with cricket and life in the caribbean gets my attention.

I think it has all been said. I love the interaction. If nobody commented on my posts I would feel as if I were doing this thing in vacuo and would have stopped long time. Laughter is important too. So is a little seriousness. Combine both and you have me. If you gwaan like you bettr dan people I naw read you.

Variety is important....hence the reason why there are days that I may not post as I nuh waan bore nobody.

Don't like people who drop racist remarks or come to sites and draw wrong conclusions and stereotype etc. Feel free to disagree with me but don't come ridiculing etc. Personally, I think we have a pretty well rounded group of writers in this circle of Caribbea blogs. We may have similar ideas and cultural backgrounds, but at the same time we are all unique. I like that too. Dr. D.
